Blog Update : Some link issue & Layout !

Sorry, I have just notice some linkage breakage due to the implementation of the new forum.

Fixed :

1. Link to polls at forum.

2. Error for the polldaddy system fix ! **Best wizard**

Updated :

1. Reorganize blog outlook. (trying to neater it)

2. Added 3 column footer on the bottom. **thanks to guide from Annie BlueSky from Blogger University**

3. Adsense configuration (still customizing, basically can't find the code... Looking for the code)
