At first, I thought it was a shoulder, but then base on this calculator, it's much or more similarity to a Garment Sun Lv 92 Chest except for Magical part. Could anyone clarify this part ? Or at least read the Korean language? LOLx

Is most likely a female chest, all roc items are 98 don't forget :)
