Basically "Blogspot" polling system are really easy to cheat up ! They spend lot's of time in doing it by just clearing Cache Files & Old Internet Files.
By doing that, it will allow you to do additional vote into it !

Maybe next time, I'll find a better polling system dedicated to IP addresses instead !
